To receive your refund, please follow the instructions below.

If you purchased directly from Butterfly.com:

  • Email your proof of purchase and your order number to our customer care team: customerservice@domtar.com or call our customer service line 1.800.428.8363
  • Once we have received and verified your information, we will issue a refund through our website. This will typically take 1-2 weeks. 

If you purchased from a retailer:

  • You will need to send in the UPC from the package you purchased and the dated receipt with the purchase price circled to:

    • You must include your full name and mailing address inside the envelope. Please ensure your information is legible so that we are able to send you a check by mail.
    • Once we have received and verified your information, we will send a check by mail.  This will typically take 3-4 weeks.

      We must receive proof of purchase in order to issue a refund. We are not able to honor incomplete submissions and we are not responsible for lost, late or undelivered submissions. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.
