If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Butterfly purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right for you.

To complete your return, please contact us at: 1-800-428-8363. Returns are handled by phone from 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, or you may email us anytime at: customerservice@domtar.com and we will contact you.

Please note that all returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be asked to read off the manufacturing code date off of your Butterfly package, so please have your receipt and Butterfly package available when you call.

Our return department will either provide you a replacement product or refund, depending upon your situation.
